

Gabriele Ferron is the widely-acclaimed king of rice,
presiding over a (very small) kingdom on the shores of
the Po river just south of Verona. There, he grows the
finest organic strains of rice and mills them using both
ancient and modern techniques. Ferron, who is passionate
about his rice, once cooked us a seven-course risotto dinner
that was one triumph after another. We are the exclusive
purveyors of Ferron's unsurpassed rices, and we feature
three different types.
